Cancellation Policy
Deposits:
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred *one time* if you reschedule within 24–48 hours of your appointment.

• Website: Pay through the booking link provided in confirmation text or email.
Grace Period:
A 15-minute grace period is provided as a courtesy. -However, this time will be deducted from your scheduled service to ensure appointments run on time.
• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. No exceptions.
Cancellations:
We require 24–48 hours’ notice for all cancellations.
This courtesy allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest on our waiting list.
Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation to transfer your deposit to the new date.
• After 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Call / No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice 24-48 hours prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
• All future appointments must be scheduled by phone or email-online only. (Online booking access will be revoked).
• Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Deposits & Prepaid Services:
No-call/no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Any prepaid service will also be forfeited and must be repurchased if the client is approved for a rescheduled appointment.
Professional Conduct:
Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of service and may lead to permanent denial of future appointments.
