Cancellation Policy
▫️10-Minute grace period allowed,(which will go into your scheduled service time). After that time your appointment will be cancelled. No exceptions.
**Please Reschedule within 48Hrs to hold deposit towards your service.
▫️If you need to cancel for whatever the reason, please do so within 48hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid charges.
▫️If you’ve already confirmed with your service provider that you need to reschedule (24-48hrs prior to service) please do so within 48hrs after your original scheduled appointment.

▫️No Call/No Show appointments will be automatically charged the full price of the unattended service and client will not have access to schedule future appointments through scheduling app. Future bookings will be at the service providers discretion.
