Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred *one time* if you reschedule within 24–48 hours of your appointment. Payment Options: • Zelle: PrettyFace.Esty@gmail.com • Website: Pay through the booking link provided in your confirmation text or email. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided as a courtesy. However, this time may be deducted from your scheduled service to ensure appointments run on time. • Arrivals beyond 15 minutes without communication will result in automatic cancellation. No exceptions. • If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible with your estimated time of arrival (ETA). If our schedule permits, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Cancellations: We require 24–48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. This courtesy allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest on our waiting list. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation to transfer your deposit to the new date. • After 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited. Same-Day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee. No Call / No Show: Guests who fail to attend their appointment or provide notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. •Future appointments must be scheduled via phone or email and require full payment at the time of booking. ** No-Call/No-Show appointments will lose their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to book any future appointment. Professional Conduct: Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or suggestive behavior will result in the immediate termination of service and may lead to permanent denial of future appointments.
